An E85 fuel conversion adapts a standard petrol-powered vehicle to run safely and efficiently on E85 fuel—a high-blend biofuel consisting of roughly 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline. Because ethanol has a much higher octane rating (around 105–108) and requires a significantly greater fuel volume than standard petrol, this service unlocks notable horsepower and torque gains through aggressive ignition timing and increased turbo boost. Our conversion process involves installing a Flex Fuel sensor to read the exact ethanol-to-gasoline blend in real time, verifying and upgrading necessary hardware components (such as high-flow fuel injectors or pumps), and completely recalibrating the engine control unit (ECU) software to dynamically manage fuel delivery for optimal performance and reliability.

IMPORTANT the vehicle must be running on E85 before the file is flashed, and the fuel system must be ethanol compatible — check injector and pump capacity, lines, seals and the tank sensor first.
