While completely disabling the automatic Start/Stop system is popular, some drivers still want the option to use it during prolonged, heavy gridlock. The frustration with the factory setup is that it forces the system on every single time you start the engine, requiring you to manually press the button to disable it for normal, everyday driving. We offer a Start/Stop Inverted Module that provides a smarter, more flexible software solution. Instead of permanently deleting the feature, this recalibration flips the default logic of the factory control module. When you start the car, the Start/Stop system is automatically turned off by default, but you retain full use of the factory button to turn it back on whenever you actually need it.
