Injector Scaling

InjScaling
19supported ECUs

Upgrading to larger fuel injectors is a mandatory step when building a high-horsepower engine, as the stock injectors simply cannot supply enough fuel under heavy load. However, installing bigger injectors without updating the engine's computer will cause the vehicle to run excessively rich, leading to a terrible idle, black smoke, and potential engine stalling. The Engine Control Unit (ECU) must be recalibrated with the new injectors' specific flow rates and dead times—a complex process known as injector scaling. We offer an automated Injector Scaling solution that provides a simple way to update these critical fueling parameters. By applying this software fix, your ECU will perfectly understand the new hardware, ensuring precise fuel delivery and smooth operation.
